1. Trial Class Information

Overview:


We’re excited to offer a free trial class to all new students. This allows you and your child to experience our classes before committing.

How to Sign Up:

  • After completing the form, you will receive an email invitation with the class details.
  • Simply fill out our registration form.

2. Class Guidelines

Flexible 10-Class Package

  • ‍Why Choose This: Great for busy families! This package offers flexibility, allowing you to use all 10 classes anytime within 3 months.
  • Price: $350 for 1 child
  • Discount: $300 for the 2nd child

‍Structured 10-Class Package

  • Why Choose This: Ideal for structured learning, 10 classes for 12 weeks
  • Price: $300 for 1 child
  • Discount: $250 for the 2nd child

‍Drop-In Classes

  • Why Choose This: Perfect for occasional attendance—join any class without a long-term commitment.‍
  • Price: $40 per class for 1 child‍
  • Discount: $35 for the 2nd child‍
  • Confirmation Required: Please email us to confirm availability before each drop-in class.

3. Attendance and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Flexible 10-Class Package & Structured 10-Class Program:

  • A full refund is available if canceled within the first 2 classes and the customer is not satisfied.
  • Refunds are also available if canceled before 4 attended classes or within one month (whichever comes first). Refunds will be adjusted by deducting the cost of attended classes.

‍Drop-In Classes:‍

  • No refunds for missed or canceled classes.

Attendance:

  • We request a notification via email if your child cannot attend a class.

4. Behavior Expectations

  • Respect for peers, teachers, and the learning environment is key.
  • Disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action, with a Three-Strikes Policy leading to possible removal from class.

5. Privacy Policy

What We Collect:


  • Parent’s contact details (email, phone).
  • Child’s name, age, and relevant details (e.g., experience level).

How We Use Your Information:

  • To provide information on classes and events.
  • To share promotional material, including photos/videos from classes (unless you opt-out).
  • We do not share your information with third parties.

Data Retention:

  • We only keep your data as long as necessary and delete it when no longer needed.

What age groups do you teach?

  • We teach kids aged 4-12, dividing them by skill level.

Can my child join mid-term?

  • Yes! You can either join through the flexible package or drop-in options.

Are make-up classes available?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up classes. However, with the Flexible 10-Class Package and Structured 10-class packages allow you to miss some classes
